| The steps to be followed to fill the Application Form: |
Step 1: The home page of SICSR web site www.symbiosiscomputers.com has a SICSR ONLINE REGISTRATION button. Click the button to open the Login Screen.

Step 2: Follow the registration instruction.

Step 3: Follow the Payment instruction as below:
Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/-. You have 2 choices of payment modes.
- Online Payment through Credit Card:
You may pay directly through either Master or Visa card online. Follow the instructions on the website. You can also pay for the prospectus of various institutes through credit card.
- Demand Draft:
Get a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- from any Bank in favour of "Director, Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research" (payable at Pune).
Choose the mode of Payment as DD in "Make Payment" Tab and click "Submit" Take a print of the payment advice form, sign send it along with the DD to the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research only at,

Step 4: The Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research will authenticate the payment details and will send you an email confirming the payment for SICSR 2009.

Step 5: ID for all future correspondence with SICSR. Use this SET ID and password to enter the online application form and to make any modification to the details provided by you.

Step 6: To print the form, click on Print button, sign the form.

| Step 7: The form is to be carried at the time of GD/PI.
